Multifunctional Gear Oil Additive
Description
Petagear HQ is a high-quality gear oil additive package. It may be used in a variety of base stocks to formulate industrial and automotive gear lubricants.
Application
- To meet the requirements of API GL4, the recommended treat rate is 2%.
- To meet the requirements of API GL5, the recommended treat rate is 4%.
- To meet the requirements of US Steel 224, the recommended treat rate is 1.8%.
- For general purpose gear oils, greases and anti-wear applications, the recommended treat rate is between 1.0% and 1.5%.
Storage and Handling
Consult the SDS for specific information. Wear protective googles, face shield and oil resistant gloves.
